When using Effivera Radar, we collect:

  • **Company data:** company name, VAT ID, country of operations
  • **Contact data:** name, position, business email, phone
  • **Technical data:** energy consumption (electricity, gas, fuel) entered in the calculator
  • **Analytics data:** anonymous usage data (PostHog)
  • **Cookies:** essential and analytics cookies (with consent)

    We process data to:

  • Display the 10 TJ calculator result
  • Prepare an energy audit offer
  • Contact you regarding audit services
  • Statistical analysis and service improvement

  • **Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR** — contract performance (audit delivery)

    • For business-to-business communications: We may contact companies likely subject to the EED energy audit obligation, based on publicly available business registry data. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in informing businesses about a legal obligation that directly affects their operations. You may opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting privacy@effivera.eu.

    We retain data for 3 years from last contact or until consent is withdrawn.

    You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.

    Data may be shared with: IT providers (Vercel, Supabase), analytics (PostHog — EU servers), payment processing (Stripe), Instantly Inc. (email delivery infrastructure — SCCs).

    Where data is processed outside the EEA, transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

  • Active leads: retained for the duration of the business relationship
  • Inactive leads (no response after 24 months): personal data anonymised, aggregated statistics retained
  • Opted-out contacts: personal data deleted after 12 months, opt-out flag retained to prevent re-contact
  • Clients: 5 years after service completion (tax obligations)
  • Data sources: publicly available business registries and company websites
